Tuesday, May 26, 2020 - Typical Felseneck minerality with flint, slate and smoke. But the 2018 Felseneck also has a distinct yellow fruit image with lemons, yellow apples, white peach and hints of lychee. Also a nice spicy touch. Very concentrated and lots of energy, yet elegant and playful. High acidity and a long salty finish. Great balance. Good now, but this will undoubtedly get even better with 5 years plus of cellaring. Beautiful wine!
