Sunday, May 31, 2020 - 1 hour slow-ox; opens with a glycerin nose of honeysuckle, leather, and mushrooms; seamless palate of 40 years of forest floor and plum; elegant sour cherries and light plum finish. This beautiful wine is fading fast as the first glass was much better than the last.
