Saturday, June 6, 2020 - Oh very ripe fruit. A lot of fruit and very ripe. Almost sweet but from very very ripe almost over ripe fruit. Almost tomato or banana, but not quite. Good firm tannin and acid, though, to keep it structured. Not much spice or anything like that. So. Not what I'm usually into, but it works, on its own terms. Day 2 is consistent.
