Saturday, June 13, 2020 - The dark ruby color shows outstanding concentration and ripeness of fruit for a Pinot Noir turning violet at the rim with a reflective edge. Quite a difference compared to Jensen Vineyard from the same vintage. The palate is full-bodied, velvety in texture and medium acidity. Flavors of raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate are so ripe and abundant that drinking this wine is such a delight and brings out subtle nuances of rose and cola. Finishes off with smoky limestone mineral notes. Drink now until 2030. 95 pts.
