Thursday, June 11, 2020 - This drank quite young. If tasted blind, I might have guess it was a 2008. Steely notes of lemon, yellow and green apple, crushed shells, and ginger. On the second day, it showed more age, with refined flourishes of depth and maturity. Perfectly balanced and a real treat.
