Saturday, June 13, 2020 - This was exactly what I was looking for to pair with a thick Filet Mignon -a young, fruit-forward CA cab and it did not disappoint. I'd been holding out on these for a couple of years given the 2021 start date in CT, but don't hesitate to give them a try now if you have more than one. Settled down a bit on day 2 after overnighting in the cellar. Will wait a couple years for my next one to see where this is after shedding some more of it's baby fat. This clearly has a long life ahead of it.
