Monday, June 15, 2020 - Slightly hazy Medium gold color
Delicate pearlage
Bottle had minor eruption upon opening
Clean, fully developed, medium aroma intensity
Aromas of blossom, jasmine flowers, nectarine, cranberry, toast, bread, dough, flint
Dry, creamy mousse, medium + acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, medium flavor intensity, medium + finish. Flavors of nectarine, cranberry, bread, dough, toast.
Very good overall quality.
Drink now not suitable for aging.
Enjoyable bottle is sparking wine.
But I’ve had much better at same/lower prices.
Bubbles dissipated quickly — not as prominent even upon opening.

12/24/2020 3:25:00 PM - Agree completely with your review. Also had the “minor eruption “ upon opening. Have to say that I’m a little disappointed; seems a little past prime. Expected more for the price.
