Friday, November 7, 2008 - Gorgeous red plum color with graphite and spice on the nose. Loads of minerals and "Napa Dust" mix with red currant and a hint of plum in the mouth. Nice finish with balanced tannins. We drank this undecanted in a direct pour. This one needs to rest for a couple years and be decanted for a couple of hours prior to serving. Potential for an easy 90+ after it unwinds a bit.
