Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Lemon curd and hints of white flowers. Long finish. Perfect weight. Nuanced and flavorful; intense and at the same time luscious fruit. Very complex. Drinking beautifully. Drank at cooled cellar temperature. Steadily improved over two hours.
