Monday, June 22, 2020 - Very nice - very pale yellow in colour, nearly transparent. melon, petrol and struck matches on the nose. On the palate it is very nearly bone dry, with soft pear and gooseberry on the palate. It has a rich texture, and mouthwatering acidity that gives a nice long finish.
