Thursday, November 18, 1993 - Champagne and Yquem Holiday Preview (Lafayette, Ca.): Great tiny bubbles formed a lovely mousse, good color in the glass, lots of fruit, wood, and yeast on the nose, tired on the palate, medium finish, storage? My #5, Group #4.
