Saturday, July 4, 2020 - Appearance: Pale gold

Nose: Medium primary aromas of citrus fruit (lemon and lime), stone fruit (peach and apricot) and tertiary aromas (honey and petrol). This is developing.

Palate: Off-dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium primary flavors of citrus fruit (lemon and lime), stone fruit (peach and apricot) and tertiary flavors (honey and petrol). Long finish.

Conclusions: Very good wine. Can drink now, but has potential for aging.
