Saturday, July 4, 2020 - Light, ruby red in color. Becoming more pale around the edges of the glass. Decanted expecting sediment but, surprisingly, very little. Some of that typical barnyard scent, but a delicious wine to drink. Enjoyed with filets off the grill. Over the course of the evening (~6 hours), later glasses started becoming a bit flabby.
