Wednesday, July 8, 2020 - Bordeaux Left Bank First Growth BYO (Grand Hyatt Hong Kong): Blind. Three separate bottles. At first peppery, but with time exploding into classically Lafite nose. Purple cassis, chalk, tobacco, grilled meat, not showy but quite balanced. Something about the old-school style really delivers. 93
