Sunday, July 12, 2020 - Expressive nose. Dark cherry notes, quite bright, lots of “interesting” herbal notes that I think must be from the whole cluster. These seem to had a herbaceous lens’s, and bitterness to the mid palate. Distracting at this point. Even after 4hrs air were quite prominent. Palate is otherwise well crafted and poised, ripeness of the fruit well judged and with appropriate acidity. This is a tough one to sort out. Best to hold I think.
