Friday, July 17, 2020 - Decanted 1 hour. Beautifully aromatic Grenache-forward blend. It’s very tight now and needs years to develop but it has all the makings of a stunning, elegant Rhône blend. I’m drinking this in quarantine and not at all concerned that I opened it too early. It’s delicious now but far from its eventual potential.
