Sunday, July 19, 2020 - Nose has gasoline, pineapple, ripe yellow fruit. Palate is again ripe yellow fruit and exotic fruit--starfruit? banana?--with some mild spice along the lines of cardamom. Finishes a little more bitter/spicy in a way that makes me think of light skin contact. M to M+ body. Had this with Moroccan meatballs and Moroccan spiced sweet potato salad; was very good with the latter, but a little too sweet for the former. This is better as it warms closer to room temperature, and I expected would be better in some years than now. ~6/10
