Sunday, July 19, 2020 - Saxum and BBQ just a great marriage. We went to Connecticut for a soically distanced bbq at my wife's sisters house. I opened the bottle three hours before dinner. Dark fruit and chocolate on the nose, the palate was dark berries, charred meat, tobacco, cedar and hints of chocolate. The finish went on and on and on.
