Sunday, July 26, 2020 - Chardonnay made in the oxidative style. Baked apples, orange peel, minerals, and sherry notes on the nose. Nice acidity with more baked apples, lemon, roasted hazelnuts, and a hint of fresh herbs on the palate. Nice finish. Really interesting wine!
