Friday, November 14, 2008 - Decanted for 3-4 hours. What to say about this wine? This is one the wine cool kids love to hate, but I have to admit it was good. The nose and flavors were very interesting. I felt like I was in a bakery with lots of dough, baked goods and sugar notes. It had a great mouthfeel and was actually smooth. The biggest negative was some heat at the finish that did subside after a few tastes.
