Thursday, July 30, 2020 - Double decanted one hour prior to serving - avoiding any sulfur issues as reported in other TNs. Just the right balance between crispness and ripeness, this wine is in a great spot. Ripe apples, lemons and spices build to a medium-bodied palate with nice minerality and well integrated acidity. An elegant, persistent finish with vibrant minerality.
