Sunday, August 2, 2020 - Several hours slow ox. Unassuming and silky. Notes of pepper and faded herbs. Green and savory, but in a pleasantly mature sense. Mint on the medium finish. Good acid and food friendly. Drinking now but still plenty of time on this.
