Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - It's shed a little of its baby fat, and is coming into its own, albeit still pretty primary. It's a giant fuzzy ball of purple fruit, but not jammy somehow. It has a touch of the creamy/sherbet texture i find in shiraz sometimes. I'll let the other bottles rest for another year, and am curious to see where it goes next.
