Smells of lemon, grapefruit citrus, and flint
Tastes of lemon, sour grapefruit/green apple, and a touch of orange with good minerality
Moderate & consistent acidity

After 45 minutes:
Smells of lemon and faintly burnt match
Tastes of balanced lemon and grapefruit cream supported by proper core minerality.

This hits its stride at 45 minutes and is a solid effort. Not overly complex, but refreshing, correct, reliable and confident.
