Thursday, August 13, 2020 - This is a bottle that really expresses how wine can evolve with air. The nose starts off with red berries and cherry and eventually opens up into more dark berry aromas, boysenberry jam, smoking wood, and slight licorice.

The palate is extremely flavorful. Deep plum flavors mixed with blackberries, dark chocolate, and licorice. Heat is a constant through the evolution, although it does die down after a while. Let this bottle breath for an hour or two.
