Saturday, August 15, 2020 - A very impressive wine and alas, we opened it too early. Needed to be more patient! A youthful Cabernet at moment so it has the usual tobacco, blackcurrent, cigar notes, and quite a chocolate mouthfeel. Tannin was well masked by the fruits, making it drinkable now if you would like to. Drink in 5+ years and can go for another 20 years under screw cap.
