Thursday, August 20, 2020 - Let this Mag sit up overnight. Poured with a vinerator and decanted and let breathe for a full day. Swirled it around in my glass. Enjoyed it with grilled Lamb-chops and mushrooms. It opened up into a big bomb of dark fruits, cassis and was delicious over the next few hours. Thoroughly enjoyed!
