Sunday, August 23, 2020 - I just love this wine. More full bodied Mosel. Really intense green apple and pineapple, but it is the honey that really gets me. I've never had a riesling with quite such an intense honey component, to the point that it almost gives the wine a viscous quality. Lovely beeswax mouth feel and lively acidity lingering on the finish. It's lacking complexity, but the flavours are wonderful.
