Sunday, August 23, 2020 - Chateauneuf du Pape lunch (Frank's place in Matraville): From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of bees wax, slight citrus and almond meal with a very slight stone fruit note. in the mouth it's quite rich, waxy textured with a little almond paste and honey. Despite the inherent richness there is still an impression of elegance.
