Monday, August 31, 2020 - Split, disgorged 2014. Always solid sparkler that shows beautiful gold with notes of apple, yeast, and yellow stone fruits. Palate follows with lots of fine bubbles. The toasty brioche flavors improve as the very slight reduction blows off with time in glass.
