Thursday, September 10, 2020 - Higher score here due to format - this was from a Jero. Face ripping acidity, loads of brioche, toast, coffee, lemon, yellow fruit and so so so much tension and energy. Nothing but good things to say about this incredibly well made and well priced bubbly.
