Wednesday, September 16, 2020 - The bottle is a twist-off. I hadn’t tried it before but was drawn to it for the year and place. As a 2015 Monterey County wine, I suspected it would be a nice surprise. The color is a light and semi-transparent burgundy. It is a very drinkable wine with some tannins. Overall, the wine is a nice table wine and very light bodied. Aerating was not necessary. This would be nicely paired with chocolate, cheeses, or a white fish.
