Thursday, September 17, 2020 - Opened a bottle at home to celebrate my elder son's 12th birthday.
Wine is starting to show its age. Gold in colour with a rich, continuous effervescence. Slightly heavier on the palate than I remembered. Notes of toast, yeast and some white fruits.
A well-crafted wine with character.
