Wednesday, September 23, 2020 - Coravin taste and then K had with book club. This was drinking really well. More red-fruited than the Lewelling Wight or Lancaster Nicole's tasted alongside, this is mid-weight with nice balance and decent acidity. It's not heavily extracted or hedonistic, but more of a traditionally-styled cab. For our palates, this was quite nice. 3 remaining and there is no hurry on these. But there also does not seem to me much reason to wait longer.
