Wednesday, September 30, 2020 - Holding white burg these days is not a game I wish to play. Light to medium yellow color, dense, rich, full. Yellow flowers, nuts, spice. Good citrus notes and some nice minerality. The wine definitely still has some baby fat but that did not detract from the enjoyment. Should be better in a few years and then anyones guess as to how long it goes from there. No crime in opening now.
