Friday, October 16, 2020 - Seems still quite coiled and dense on the palate. Hints of green apple and a tart acidity. Very clean, very precise. With air you get some waves of salinity and a touches of sweetness to buffer the edge. Seemed to start to hit a nice stride after about an hour of being open and occasionally splash decanted. Very nice and seems to have upside.

3/17/2021 4:04:00 AM - I’d agree. This one didn’t grab me the first night, but it really grabbed me the second night. I was surprised. Ken and Erica are making great wine up there. I like the 7 Springs, (white and red) too.
