Thursday, November 5, 2020 - Wonderful blend of Grenache/Syrah/Graciano/Clairette Blanche from the York Mountain AVA near Paso Robles. Out of the gate this was all savory: salty olives, smokey meat. After some air this revealed some deep cherry and plum backed up by some big structured tannins. I think this has some potential to develop and will drink great for 5+ years.
