Thursday, November 5, 2020 - PnP and consumed over more than 4 hours in big glasses to get more air. Clear, light golden appearance, slightly sparkling when pouring. On the nose fresh apples, a funky note and with air a hint of dried apricot, on the palate fresh and airy, thin at beginning but improves a lot with time, nice bitter note, medium to long finish. Very youthful and gives a fragile impression at this stage, not sure how to rate and how it will develop over the years, will it gain in complexity or does it turn to this cider taste that I don't favour, let's wait and see.
