Thursday, November 5, 2020 - Eight years of fruity baby fat is gone, showing almost feinherb sweetness on the finish. hard lemon candy, grapefruit, apple with green herbal notes, thyme, acidity almost pops and there is tension straight out of the fridge. Coming from a limestone stratum adds something extra. Hints of fresh ginger and mouth watering salty mineral finish. Served with spicy poblano corn chowder it paired well. Purchased as direct import upon release, stored accordingly and enjoyed 40-50. As the acidity on the finish is not softening, you may want to drink these over the next few years before the wine becomes out of balance. ... Na zdrowie
