Very similar to Paul852’s description: Beautiful medium golden colour. The reserved nose only opened up slowly. Green apple, citrus, some biscuit, some brioche, roasted almond and a hint of smoke, with fine, creamy mousse, lively acidity and good length of the slightly bitter finish. Good body and richness. Maybe a little austere, as Paul already noted.
