Saturday, November 7, 2020 - Saturday lunch gathering (Bethesda, Maryland): Almost identical showing to the last bottle. The color is lighter than the 00. Expressive youthful nose displaying generous pure white and yellow fruit, granny smith, pear, lemon curd, honeysuckle, once again showing noticeable spearmint, cool mountain stream and limestone. Exceptional concentration, layers upon layers of generous sweet yellow and white fruit, very fine generous mousse, rich and generous but also focused and precise, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, and a long generous pure yellow and white fruit driven finish with mint and honeysuckle at the end. As much as I enjoy the 00, this is purer and fresher. This remains incredibly fresh, absolute joy!
