Friday, November 13, 2020 - First bottle we opened was corked, but the back up bottle is lovely - Beautiful raspberry, sweet saddle leather, tart black cherry with some dusty earth notes, graphite and wet stone. Silky texture and juicy dark plum grace the palate. Tannins are seamlessly integrated. Slight tinge of amber on the rim. In a gorgeous place and should be drunk.
p.s. - having with Caesar salad and cauliflower pizza - great combo!
