Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Water white with a hint of yellow. A fair bit of oak to a strong nose driven by citrus, butterscotch, cloves, honeysuckle floral. I am told it does not have oak, perhaps the sweet richness of the butterscotch? Mouth is smooth and oily with a fairly heavy weight.Finished well with a nice acidity and a touch of leafy bitterness and spice that adds to the interest. This has a good life ahead. Drink by 2030

    My own preference is to drink it in the next 2-3 years.
