Saturday, November 21, 2020 - Lovely from the get go! Cacophonous nose, white peach, spice , mineralite but complex nuances kaleidoscopic with time, rose water, orange blossom, curry leaf, hints of bees wax.
Purity, subtle nuance and restraint on the palate but again so complex, white orchard fruits, kelp, saline mineralite, a real cavalcade in the mouth with this one, beautiful length and acidity.
