Sunday, November 22, 2020 - Immaculate bottle. Popped and poured, and drank over two hours. Classic Pauillac, with cherry on the palate. Holding up well due to good storage, and good stuffing owing to a good vintage. Still, this thing is fully mature and should be drunk in the next couple of years.
