Thursday, November 26, 2020 - This and the Hirsch Block 6 -114 accompanied our traditional Thanksgiving dinner very well.They were great wines with modest differences that we chose not to try and tease out. The 114 had the following comment "Excellent match to the meal full flavors well rounded tannins. A solid core of fruit with a finish of light smoke." The memory of Ted and David sharing their thoughts on winemaking in a Zoom in June was shared.
