Sunday, November 29, 2020 - At pop: Black fruit up front moving into a brambly, earthy core with very big mouthfeel from cottony tannin and a shot of acidity, finishing very long on both. Day 2 (along with an hour in the glass): Red fruit joins the party, along with better integration of flavors, cedar, coffee and herbs on the core. Yum. Definitely recommend a decant on this one to open it up.

11/29/2020 3:50:00 PM - THANK you for your time in having contributed this *colorful* TN! 🙂 By "at pop" do you mean you popped & poured it? Also, do you happen to recollect what you had for accompaniment?

11/30/2020 6:25:00 PM - @srh you caught me halfway through my review :) Initial notes were made after popping & pouring, notes added for day 2 along with a little more time in a glass... based on what I found I'd probably open this and decant at least 3-6 hours before drinking. Cheers.
