Tuesday, December 8, 2020 - Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon-green colour, with wide watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium intensity aromas of citrus fruit of grapefruit, green fruit of pear, herbaceous notes of grass, stone fruit of peach, mineral notes of stony and saline, floral notes of acacia, sweet spice of muscat. The wine is youthful.
Palate: Dry with medium acidity, the wine has high alcohol, with light body and medium (+) intensity flavours of green fruit of pear, citrus fruit of grapefruit, mineral notes of stony, floral notes of acacia, stone fruit of peach. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
Conclusion: Very good quality Swiss Petite Arvine with a reasonably intense nose showing good complexity, with a wealth of fruity characters, supplemented with rich saline and mineral notes. The wine is robust, with a high level of alcohol but is not discernible, on the palate it is in balance and have good structure, have good concentration in flavors and a fairly long finish. It is ready to drink now and can maintain for another 1-2 years.
