Tuesday, December 8, 2020 - Color - Straw to Honey yellow
Nose - Big fruit, stone fruits, Peach, Apricots, citrus, Pears, Apple
Palate - First impression high in RS, Honey, stone fruits Peach, Apricots, citrus. Apple Held up well over 4 to 5 days. Went well with a Chocolate Chicken Mole, sweetness complimented the chili in the Mole.
