Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - This was outstanding. Licorice, citrus, almonds, chalk and some spice. Lots of toast. Fine bubbles and great finish. My first experience with this producer and I wish I had bought more. We really enjoyed this and it is aging very well. Should be good for many more years.
